Varsity Assistant Coach
Coach Wilcox has been the assistant coach of the polar bears for seven years. She also spent eight years coaching basketball at the middle and high school levels. Coach Wilcox works for Young Life of Stark County. She is from Westerville, Ohio, where she played golf, basketball, and softball in high school, and graduated college from Malone University, where she played golf. Coach Wilcox resides in Jackson Township with her husband, Matt, their son Luca, and Bernese Mountain dog River.
Debbie McKee
JV Head Coach
Coach McKee has been part of the Jackson High School softball coaching staff since 2017. Her softball career includes playing 4 years at Penn State University, where she was awarded Scholar-Athlete of the year honors. She has worked at the Lubrizol Corporation for over 32 years in the International Logistics department. Debbie lives in Jackson with her husband Rob and 4 kids, Jake, Kathleen, Kelly, Joey, and their dog Marco.
Oliver Miday
JV Assistant Coach
Coach Miday is back as a part of the program after a year away. He previously coached the JV team from 2018 through 2020. He also coaches the boys bowling team at Jackson for two seasons. Coach Miday teaches science at Jackson High School. Coach Miday lives in Wadsworth with his wife Chalee and their dog Rubee.
